The Creative Spark
I have been captivated by the power of creativity. It's like a spark that ignites within me, guiding my hands and thoughts to bring imagination to life. I enjoy everything creative, sewing, knitting at home and now have the exciting job of being paid for my designs and creativity is now my lifelong friend.
My Journey
My creative journey officially began when I volunteered to pick up the e-Learning development, 8 years ago in a previous role, when a manager left the company high and dry. I threw myself into the opportunity and travelled to Scotland to experience the face to face training events that Articulate founders had travelled from America to deliver. I never expected that this was the turning point that propelled me into the world of Northumbria Healthcare NHS. I've since worked with subject matter experts to design and deliver engaging and memorable e-Learning content. Each step of this journey has shaped me into the professional I am today.

I'm passionate about working with subject matter experts to bring them on their own creative journey to spark interest and passion about making their subject interesting. My aim is to guide them on how to think out of the box and step away from the traditional look of boring content.
My Unique Approach
What sets me apart in the world of e-Learning development is that its my intention to stop the eye rolling when e-Learning is mentioned and bring creativity and flair into subjects, that lack vavavoom
Beyond
When I'm not designing and creating e-Learning, you can find me walking Molly my dog in our favourite places. Family is always at the top of my priority list, cherished above all else. They are my anchor, my support system, and my greatest source of joy. These activities help me to recharge, find inspiration, and keep my creative ideas flowing.
